Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our private practice. This role is vital in ensuring smooth administrative workflows, fostering a productive workplace, and supporting team members across various departments. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for creating an efficient, welcoming office atmosphere. As an Office Manager, you will oversee administrative functions, coordinate vendor relationships, manage scheduling, and support human resources initiatives to keep our office running seamlessly.

Responsibilities



Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management and multi-line phone systems to ensure excellent communication flow. Coordinate scheduling and calendar management for executives and team members to optimize productivity. Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts, overseeing supplies procurement, and ensuring timely service delivery. Supervise administrative staff and provide training & development opportunities to foster a high-performing team. Handle time schedule. Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions to promote team engagement and professional growth. Maintain filing systems, medical office management records (if applicable), and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Skills



Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical and organizational skills. Demonstrated supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively. Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation. Strong event planning abilities for coordinating meetings, company events, and training programs. Expertise in schedule management, calendar coordination, and multi-tasking in fast-paced environments. Knowledge of human resources functions including onboarding, employee records management, and policy enforcement. Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts to optimize office services. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
