We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, supervisory, and communication skills, with experience in office management, bookkeeping, and human resources. Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations, including front desk activities and multi-line phone systems
Oversee scheduling management for staff and appointments, ensuring optimal calendar organization
Supervise administrative staff and coordinate training & development initiatives
Handle vendor management, including procurement and maintaining professional relationships
Oversee bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and financial record keeping using QuickBooks, Jobber and Company Cam.
Coordinate event planning for company meetings, client events, or community outreach programs
Maintain filing systems and ensure compliance with organizational policies
Manage human resources functions such as employee onboarding, record keeping, and policy enforcement
Ensure effective communication within the team through phone etiquette and clear organizational practices
Support medical office management if applicable, including patient scheduling and record maintenance
Requirements
Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or clerical roles with a focus on organizational efficiency
Supervising experience with team management skills
Proficiency in QuickBooks, calendar management tools, and multi-line phone systems
Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
Experience in event planning, vendor management, budgeting, bookkeeping, and payroll processing
Knowledge of human resources practices and medical office management (preferred) but not required
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
Demonstrated ability to train staff and support team development initiatives

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
