: Multifaceted Personal Assistant, Bookkeeper, and Property Manager (Part-Time)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable individual to join our team as a part-time Multifaceted Personal Assistant, Bookkeeper, and Property Manager. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support in personal assistance, financial record-keeping, and property management.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Assistant Duties:
Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle correspondence (email, phone, mail) and prioritize communications
Assist with daily personal tasks and errands as needed
Bookkeeping:
Maintain accurate records and ledgers as an assistant to existing book keeper
Analyze basic financial reports and budgets
Reconcile accounts and prepare reports to owner with current book keeper
Property Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of residential and/or commercial properties
Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs with existing property maintenance
Communicate with tenants and service providers
Assist with leasing, rent collection, and property inspections
Project Support:
Take directions and execute new projects across personal, financial, and property management domains
Research, organize, and implement solutions for evolving needs
Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills in unfamiliar situations
Qualifications
Previous experience in personal assistance, bookkeeping, or property management preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and bookkeeping software
Ability to follow directions closely and work independently
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
Willingness to learn and take on new projects and responsibilities
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Working Hours & Compensation
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
