Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
Manage bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and budget tracking.
Utilize QuickBooks for accurate financial record-keeping and reporting.
Coordinate event planning and vendor management to support organizational activities.
Supervise administrative staff, providing training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure proper documentation for all office activities.
Manage calendar scheduling for executives and staff, coordinating meetings and appointments effectively.
Handle front desk responsibilities including multi-line phone systems and customer inquiries with professionalism.
Implement human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
Develop strategies for improving office efficiency and productivity.
Skills
Proven experience in office management or bookkeeping roles with a strong understanding of financial principles.
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is essential.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
Experience in medical office management is preferred but not required.
Strong supervisory skills with a focus on team management and development.
Familiarity with payroll processes, budgeting techniques, and vendor relations.
Ability to manage schedules efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in clerical tasks.
