We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, administrative, and communication skills, with experience in office management, human resources, and bookkeeping. This role offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic team, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate various administrative functions to support organizational goals.
Duties
Manage daily office operations, including front desk responsibilities and multi-line phone systems
Oversee calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
Supervise administrative staff and coordinate training & development initiatives
Handle human resources functions such as onboarding, employee records, and payroll processing
Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement processes
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks or similar software
Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting
Organize file systems, maintain records, and ensure compliance with organizational policies
Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and special projects as needed
Ensure effective communication across departments through phone etiquette and clear correspondence
Support medical office management tasks if applicable
Qualifications
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
Supervising experience with team management capabilities
Proficiency in QuickBooks, calendar management tools, and multi-line phone systems
Knowledge of vendor management, budgeting, bookkeeping, and payroll processes
Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette
Experience in event planning and training & development programs
Background in human resources or medical office management is a plus
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Prior clerical or front desk experience preferred
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively
Pay: $23.97 - $28.87 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
