We are the busiest divorce/custody/family law firm in Georgia, and seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office systems and staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, supervisory, and communication skills, with experience in office management. This role involves managing intense office systems, supervising staff, and maintaining efficient office procedures to support our team's productivity and professionalism. The role will also involve insuring and obtaining 5 star reviews from clients.

Qualifications



Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Supervising experience preferred; capable of leading teams effectively Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in filing and record keeping Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to train staff and foster a collaborative team environment

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
