Job Description

Tree Service business in need of office manager. This is a one person office so the person wears many hats and is responsible for all aspects of the office responsibilities.

Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- answer multi-line phones in a fast paced environment,
- scheduling field visits,
- responding to emails & voicemail in a professional and timely manner,
- using industry specific software,
- billing, filing, new hires reporting, auto registrations, etc.

Qualifications REQUIRED:
- phone customer service experience,
- at least 3 years administrative/office experience.
- experience in small business management experience a plus.

Must be a quick learner able to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must have great customer service skills in both verbal and written and be detail oriented. Must be self-starter, able to learn and work with minimal supervision.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
