Office Manager / Admin Assistant
to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth and efficient workflows across the office. This position plays a vital role in supporting staff, managing administrative functions, and maintaining a professional, well-organized environment that aligns with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the office to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings.
Supervise office staff, providing guidance and support where needed.
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement of necessary items.
Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and logistical arrangements.
Manage office budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with company policies and established procedures.
Address and resolve office-related issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Serve as the point of contact for external vendors, clients, and visitors.
Implement and maintain office systems, processes, and procedures to optimize productivity.
Implement measures to ensure the safety and security of the office and its staff.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Qualifications & Requirements
7+ years of professional experience in office management and administrative support.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
Demonstrated leadership ability in supervising staff and coordinating office operations.
Proficiency in office software and systems (Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling tools, etc.).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Financial management experience, including budgeting and expense tracking, preferred.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
