Think Office LLC specializes in comprehensive commercial furniture services, including installation, architectural wall, relocation, warehousing, FF&E, project management and other services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver, set up and professionally install furniture, fixtures, and equipment without supervision.
Provide all required information to document the completion of work and any punch list or change order items.
Effectively work with installation packages (including blueprints, elevations, typicals, and specifications).
Provide guidance for non-Think Office installers in the correct methods for installing systems furniture.
Follow relevant safety equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies that promotes a work environment in compliance with local, state, and national safety standards.
Perform extensive projects preplanning including planning workflow and staging, determining manpower and equipment requirements.
Assist developing contingency plans for large projects.
Effectively interact with customers, trades, coworkers, subs, and temps.
Have professional appearance and excellent work ethic.
Maintain a positive attitude and show a commitment to teamwork
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
High School Diploma or G.E.D
Possession of valid Alaska State Driver's License with superior driving record; ability to drive and operate company vehicles without restrictions
Able to operate a forklift
Proven team building abilities
Ability to pass pre-hire background check and drug test
Previous carpentry work or experience using hand and power tools is preferred.

Able to provide timely, accurate feedback to company personnel
Ability to multitask
Independent decision-making skills and creative problem solver
Availability to work odd and extended hours including weekends and evenings
Willing and able to travel
Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Must have reliable transportation
Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, integrity, sound judgment and customer satisfaction

Panel carts, hand truck, pallet jack

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, stoop, squat; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Employee must frequently lift and/or move upwards of 50-70 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
