We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Coordinator you will assist the Community Manager on day-to-day task.
If you have a strong work ethic, accountable, and enjoy working in a faced paced office, this might be the perfect position for you.
Duties include but not limited to:
Office Coordinator
Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of a property management office, including front desk and file management
- Assist manager in the day to day operations of the community.
- Processing rent payments.
- Collections of rent and fines.
- Assist with leasing/selling homes.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
- Experience in office management preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in office management or related field
- Able to work independently.
