What You'll Do



Scheduling Support

Assist with building and adjusting caregiver schedules

Communicate schedule changes with staff and clients

Help track attendance, call-ins, and shift coverage

Support the scheduling team with daily tasks and follow-up



HR Support

Assist with onboarding new hires (paperwork, training setup, reminders)

Maintain employee files and ensure documents are up to date

Help coordinate background checks, drug screens, and compliance tasks

Support communication with applicants and employees



Office Tasks

Answer phones and direct calls professionally

Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents

Help with reports, forms, and day-to-day office needs

Provide friendly and reliable support to all departments
