Job Description

PROS is a recovery-oriented team and group-based program designed to assist people with significant mental health challenges create meaningful lives in the community. The role of the Office Coordinator is to assist the Program Director in overseeing program operations, assisting clients effectively navigate the program, and provide staff support that helps them in manage their day-to-day tasks. Key additional responsibilities include helping the Director ensure effective daily program coverage, maintaining systems to ensure proper billing for all services, data entry, ordering of program supplies, helping to organize program events, and supervising one full-time secretary.


Required or preferred qualifications:


Three years of office-support experience in an outpatient behavioral health or similar setting, preferably with increasing or established management and supervisory responsibilities.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with electronic health records, general computer literacy

High School diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred

Salary range $60 - $65,000.
