Office Coordinator

Salary: $52,000 - $62,000 annually, based on experience Full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Comprehensive benefits including PTO, holiday pay, medical/dental/vision, and 401(k) A meaningful role supporting our dedicated care teams and ensuring a positive, compliant, and engaging work environment

As an Office Coordinator, here's a big picture view of what you'll do:

Provide administrative and clinical support to ensure smooth daily operations of the hospice department Coordinate referrals and intake processes, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely communication Collaborate with clinical and management teams to enhance patient satisfaction and streamline office workflows Assist with scheduling, documentation, and billing audits while maintaining compliance and accuracy Communicate professionally with patients, families, referral sources, and staff--always with confidentiality and compassion

A few must-haves for our Office Coordinator:

High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred At least one year of healthcare or business office experience in a fast-paced, customer-service environment Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through A team player who takes ownership of their work and strives for continuous improvement
