Full-Time position for a detail-oriented and organized person with 1-2 years of experience providing general office assistance.
The ideal candidate will mainly provide administrative support and manage Reception area activities.
Requirements

Willing to learn new tasks assigned by management
Duties
Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records organized
Manage Reception area by greeting visitors and answering phone calls in a professional manner
Provide prompt and appropriate customer services and support
Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
Skills
Proficiency in MS-Office Word / Excel software applications
Excellent customer service skills
Focused on providing support and assistance to clients
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to details
Organizational skills for supporting office tasks effectively
Excellent team player and contributor
