Rockstar receptionist (we train)! Part-time time (less than 20 hours). We work Monday-Friday and we need the most help during the hours of 1PM-6pm depending on the day! You do not need to work all days of the week, just let us know what days you are looking for.

You are a jack or jill of all trades who can wear many hats, and will be an integral part of the team as we help people find their way toward health and wellness. Your job each day will be different. You are a multi-tasker extraordinaire, have stellar organization skills, unreasonable optimism!

You will be greeting our patients & assisting our doctor of acupuncture with keeping things clean, neat and tidy in each treatment room. You will be the patient's first and last contact, assisting them at the front desk with scheduling, answering phones, collecting payment, and whatever else they may need.

We have a weekday, daytime schedule with the major holidays off.

We offer a $21 starting wage (dependent on experience) with room to grow.

Qualifications (willing to train the right individual that is willing to learn)
- Administrative experience
- Personal assistant experience
- Calendar management
- Phone etiquette
- Computer literacy
- Organizational skills
