Job Description
We are looking for a positive individual to add to our strong team. We are able to train any bright, willing, and qualified candidate. We are looking for a can-do, self-starter who is willing to grow with us. This position works directly with patients and our Chiropractor, Phyiscal Therapist, and Massage Therapists. The employee is seen as a vital part of our business. A positive attitude is essential. Responsibilities Include:
- Managing patient treatment plans
- Verifying Insurance Coverage
- Answering multi-phone line
- Working with the VA (veterans)
- Collecting co-pays
- Scheduling referrals
- Helping with patient flow
- Reviewing Authorizations
- Setting patients up on equipment
- Assisting providers in demenstrations of exercises
- Process incoming/outgoing faxes and emails
- Cleaning/Other duties as assigned
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to get along well with others
- Exceptional ability to multitask
- Enthusiasm or willingness to learn about Chiropractic Care
- Looking for a long term job
- Paid time off
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Fairbanks, AK: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Computer skills: 3 years (Required)
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
