We are presently recruiting for an Office Assistant/Property Manager to join us in Sandy, UT!

Key Responsibilities



Office Management



Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace for all team members. Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and service appointments. Manage incoming mail, deliveries, and general office communications. Implement and optimize office processes, systems, and procedures. Manage office budget, expense tracking, and purchasing.

Administrative Support



Handle scheduling, calendar management, and appointment coordination. Organize meetings, prepare meeting materials, and take notes when needed. Draft emails, documents, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the executive(s). Assist with travel arrangements, itineraries, and travel-related logistics. Maintain digital and physical filing systems.

Personal Assistant Duties



Support personal errands, scheduling, and tasks for the executive(s) as needed. Assist with household management, vendor scheduling, and personal project coordination. Manage personal travel, reservations, and special events. Protect confidentiality and handle personal information with discretion.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
