Team player. The contribution of every member of our team is valued. Organized. The ideal office assistant is someone who enjoys organizing and finding efficiencies. Detail-focused. Precision and accuracy are
a must.
Experience with software platforms such as Microsoft Office.



Duties of This Role







This position is task-oriented. The Office Assistant will float between departments,

assisting with tasks that include but are not limited to the following:


Data entry Preparing marketing materials Making confirmation calls Organizing inventory and supplies Running errands such as shopping or going to the post office Filing Scanning Light cleaning
