Office Assistant - Corporate & Luxury Transportation Company

Preferred:
Previous experience in transportation, logistics, hospitality, or event coordination.
Applicants must have the following skills to be considered:
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Google Sheets/Docs
Strong multitasking ability with speed, accuracy, and attention to deadlines
Professional communication skills with ability to solve problems quickly
Capable of handling demanding clients while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of general automotive maintenance/parts is a plus
Receptive to instructions and constructive feedback, with willingness to ask clarifying questions
Schedule & Location:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch
Weekend availability required as needed
Office located in central San Diego near Costco on Market Street
