Assist the Director in greeting visitors to the office, help with filing and records management, social media and marketing, event planning and other duties as assigned.
This position is for the Spring 2026 semester.
Essential Duties
Serves as initial contact for the department
Answers telephones
Responds to inquiries
Provides appropriate information and direction for students, staff and faculty
Contribute to event planning, data collection, social media and other marketing associated with the Center for Service
The ideal candidate will be passionate about community engagement and will bring creativity and enthusiasm to our events and outreach efforts
Required Qualifications
Must be eligible for Federal Work Study

MoWest student
Enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours
Must maintain 2.0 GPA
