Office Assistant

field service teams

What You'll Do
You'll be responsible for a wide range of office and operational support duties, including:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and assist leadership with assigned projects
Create and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using
Google Workspace
(Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Drive)
Track work orders, schedules, and communication between office and field teams
Organize digital files, forms, and internal communications
Assist with customer communication, scheduling, and billing as needed
Support field operations by preparing job packets, updating project data, and maintaining accurate records
Maintain a clean, efficient, and well-organized office environment

Level 1 - Office Assistant (Entry)
Supports basic office tasks
Learns Amped Pump systems and workflows
Base pay + basic performance incentives
Level 2 - Administrative Coordinator
Manages scheduling, job packets, and customer follow-ups
Strong Google Workspace execution
Performance pay tied to accuracy and workflow efficiency
Level 3 - Operations Support Specialist
Works directly with management and field supervisors
Oversees document systems, reporting, and multi-department coordination
Higher performance pay tied to throughput, KPIs, and team uptime
Level 4 - Office Operations Manager
Leads office processes and team support functions
Responsible for administrative output, quality, and workflow improvement
Performance pay tied to operational performance (SLAs, accuracy, job completion rate)
Compensation
Base Pay:
Competitive, dependent on experience and demonstrated skills
Performance Pay:

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
