Dyer Remodeling is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Assistant to support day-to-day operations in our fast-paced general contracting office. This is an administrative role--not customer service or retail--so strong organization and tech skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, scheduling, and daily workflow for the team
Handle communication with customers, subcontractors, and vendors
Update digital files, job notes, and project tracking systems
Perform basic accounting tasks (data entry, receipts, reconciliations)
Prepare simple reports and assist with follow-up tasks
Support daily office operations in a busy construction environment
Qualifications
2-year degree OR 5+ years administrative experience required
Strong organization, accuracy, and follow-through
Proficient with common office software (Google Workspace preferred)
Clear written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple priorities without micromanagement
