Wickham Park is a non-profit private park looking to hire a motivated organized office assistant. Weekly hours vary from 24 in the off-season to 32 during peak times. Scheduling is flexible and generally Monday through Friday but there are times when weekends or holiday work is required. Candidates must be willing to work with the public and in a team-based environment. Wickham Park is an equal opportunity employer. Job responsibilities include and are not limited to:
Answer phones
Take reservations
Collect payments
Keep office and reservations organized
Basic data entry
Clean offices, office supply closet, common areas, and venues
Assist Park Director and Event Coordinator as needed
Office supplies inventory, WP printable inventory, concession stand inventory
Job requirements:
Customer Service
Ability to multitask, work independently, and be self motivated
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Some weekend shift required
Basic knowledge of Wickham Park preferred
