As an Office Assistant, you will be the heartbeat of our office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role will encompass a variety of administrative tasks that support our team and enhance the overall office experience. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, showcasing your exceptional customer service skills while managing front desk operations. Your attention to detail and organizational prowess will be key in maintaining office management systems and supporting daily operations.
What you'll do
Greet visitors warmly and manage front desk activities, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, directing calls appropriately and responding to inquiries.
Maintain office organization through effective filing systems, data entry, and clerical support.
Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for team members.
Provide customer support through various channels, addressing client needs with enthusiasm and efficiency.
Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
Collaborate with team members on administrative projects, leveraging Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools effectively.
Basic qualifications
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office ,reservations systems.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective phone etiquette and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred qualifications
Bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance communication with diverse clients.
Previous experience as with fareharbor or Limo anywhere.
Experience in office management or as a personal assistant will set you apart.
