We're a high-volume, client-obsessed mortgage team looking for a Loan Partner I (LP1) - the gatekeeper, calendar ninja, and relationship quarterback who keeps our Team focused on expanding relationships and closing deals. This isn't just an admin job. This is the engine that drives 7-figure production. Responsibilities: What You'll Own (and Be Measured On) Leads - Turn strangers into raving fans o Contact 100% of new leads within 4 hours o Maintain 80%+ lead-to-consult ratio 60%+ lead-to-application ratio o Onboard every lead into CRM and schedule phone/video/in-person consults Calendar - Protect the LO's time like it's Fort Knox o Book 20+ high-quality appointments every week o Confirm 100% of appointments 24+ hours ahead (phone/text/email) o Prep LO for daily "Power Hour" and run tomorrow's schedule review every night Database Relationship Marketing - Make clients feel like VIPs o Coordinate 2+ client events monthly (happy hours, lunch 'n learns, etc.) o Implement and track client engagement programs such as gifting, annual mortgage reviews, and event outreach. o Run birthday, home-anniversary and post-closing survey programs o Help blast 2+ email newsletters monthly and track open rates Inbox Admin - Keep everything spotless o Email Management: Handle the Loan Officer's inbox by filtering, organizing, and delegating emails for timely follow-up o Monthly expense reports, tech-tool management, incoming mail, spotless desk Success Looks Like: o LO never misses an appointment o Clients say, "WOW, that was the smoothest process ever!" o You create 10-15 extra hours of selling time for the LO every week o The database grows warmer and referral partners beg to send you more business Qualifications: What You Bring o Mortgage experience strongly preferred (Encompass, Mortgage Coach, etc.) o NMLS license a plus (we'll help you get it if needed) o Amazing phone presence - warm, confident, zero fear of cold/warm calling o Mastery of Gmail/Outlook, Calendly, Gemini, Chat GPT o Bullet-proof organization ability to juggle 47 things without breaking a sweat o "One step ahead" mentality - you finish the LO's sentences About Company: Gouveia & Thompson Mortgage Pros is a top-producing mortgage team affiliated with New American Funding, based in Lansdale, Pennsylvania.
