Why This Role Is Unique
This isn't a typical office role--you'll be central to how our business runs day-to-day. As our Office Manager, you will:
Play a key part in customer communication and appointment scheduling
Support our mobile groomers throughout the day with logistics and troubleshooting
Help strengthen our presence in Utah through light marketing efforts
Take ownership of small operational tasks that keep the business running smoothly
Grow into higher-level operational or management roles as we continue to scale

Responsibilities
Customer Support & Scheduling
Text and communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner
Book and manage grooming appointments using our scheduling tools
Assist customers with questions, service add-ons, and new bookings
Help groomers with customer communication during appointments
Groomer & Operations Support
Provide day-to-day support to mobile groomers (routing, timing issues, customer follow-up, etc.)
Assist with basic troubleshooting during the workday as issues arise
Visit our warehouse periodically to restock grooming supplies, check van inventory, and ensure everything is in working order
Oversee small operational tasks that keep our vans and supplies running smoothly
Marketing & Growth
Help distribute flyers and marketing materials across Utah during downtime
Manage our Facebook ads inbox by communicating with prospective customers, sharing information, and booking them into the schedule
Support local growth efforts as we expand into new neighborhoods
Qualifications
Passion for pets and the pet industry
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills (especially via text and messaging)
Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to think critically
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks at once
Basic familiarity with social media (Facebook Ads experience is a plus)
Must be able to stop by our warehouse when needed for supply checks
Reliable transportation
Pay & Benefits
Base pay:
$14-$20 per hour depending on experience

Combination of remote work, in-person visits to our warehouse, and occasional in-person marketing tasks.
