Summary/Objective: This is a direct placement position with a client.
The Office Assistant will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting clients and visitors, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands. The ideal candidate should have excellent writing and communication skills as well as operate at a proficient level with Microsoft suite applications such as word, outlook, and excel. A critical attribute of this role includes someone with a friendly, warm, and positive personally with the ability to provide superior customer service; greeting each visitor with a smile to an extent where the callers can feel your smile even over the phone.
