We are seeking a highly organized Office Assistant to join our team! Duties
Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professionalism and warmth
Operate multi-line phone systems, handle incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, and route messages accurately
Shipping and handling
Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents and records
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools for document creation, scheduling, and correspondence
Conduct basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks to track expenses, invoices, and financial records
Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email, ensuring a positive experience for clients and visitors
Manage company's security program, training, and insider threat.
Must be able to handle security awareness and compliance reporting
Qualifications
Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and basic computer literacy
Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to manage multi-line phone systems effectively
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks
Prior experience in customer service
Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple priorities
Manage company's security program, training, and insider threat.
