Job Overview

We're seeking a

motivated, organized, and friendly Office & Marketing Assistant

to help manage our day-to-day operations.
You'll handle scheduling, client communication, bookkeeping support, and online marketing (posting to Facebook, Indeed, etc.).
You'll work directly with the owner to help bring in new jobs, track projects, and manage the company's online presence.

Responsibilities

Administrative & Office Tasks:



Answer calls, emails, and messages from customers Schedule estimates and follow-up appointments Organize job details in Trello and Google Calendar Enter payments, invoices, and expenses into QuickBooks Keep receipts and material orders organized

Marketing & Lead Generation:



Post weekly updates, ads, and job photos on Facebook/Nextdoor Respond to local leads and message potential clients Help maintain consistent online branding and community presence Repost "We're Hiring" ads and assist with finding field workers

Operations Support:



Confirm daily job schedules with crews Track project status (Active ? Finishing ? Paid) Maintain digital job folders and photos
Qualifications

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Comfortable with computers and social media (Facebook, Google Drive, Trello) Detail-oriented and organized Reliable, trustworthy, and professional Experience with QuickBooks is a plus (but not required -- we'll train!) Must be able to work independently and stay consistent
Pay & Perks

$15-$22/hour depending on experience Weekly pay (direct deposit) Flexible schedule (perfect for someone local or remote hybrid) Bonus opportunities for generating new leads or clients Long-term growth potential -- could lead to full-time Office Manager position
