part-time

Office Assistant

for our East Fairmont clinic.

The hours for this position will be afternoon/evening hours, Monday through Friday,

with additional hours possible for coverage. We are looking for someone who is looking to be part of a fun and upbeat team environment. Students and upcoming graduates are encouraged to apply

JOB SUMMARY:



Office Assistant:

Primarily responsible for filling in for the office manager, including scheduling patients, verifying insurance, billing, obtaining authorizations, physician correspondence, patient relations, as well as performing the administrative and support functions of maintaining the physical office.

QUALIFICATIONS:



Office experience, medical office preferred. Ability to multi-task and prioritize Ability to work independently, while also being a strong "team player" Strong organizational, process-oriented, time management and logical thinking skills Strong judgment and analytical skills Excellent customer service skills Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills Experience with personal computers and modern office software
