If you are well organized, have excellent customer service/communication skills, experienced in Quickbooks and account\'s receivables, this job is for you!
Responsibilities:
Taking direction from the Office Manager.
Accounts payables/accounts receivables
Answering inbound phone calls
Quickbooks entries
Profit and Loss statements
Handling paperwork from estimators and scanning into CRM.
Qualifications:
Previous office experience preferred but not required.
