Overview


We are seeking a seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Office Assistant to support our daily operations related to vehicle registration and title transfers. The ideal candidate will assist customers, prepare paperwork, and ensure accurate and timely processing of vehicle documents.

Responsibilities:



Process vehicle registrations, renewals, and title transfers Prepare, review, and organize DMV/Secretary of State paperwork Verify customer documents for accuracy and completeness Assist customers in person and over the phone Maintain organized records and files Handle basic office duties such as data entry, scanning, and filing

Requirements:



Previous office or administrative experience preferred Experience with vehicle registration or title processing is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills (email, data entry, scanning) Professional communication and customer service skills
