Grace is looking for a employee that can work in a hybrid role for our community. Seeking an applicant available to work part time as an office assistant and part time as a medtech/caregiver. Position will add up to a total of full time (40 hours).

Pay range: $20-21 (depending on experience)

Schedule: TBD, some weekend availability required.

Job duties:

Communication/coordination with external healthcare providers for resident care/services

Health information data entry

Clarifying MD orders, processing monthly cycle fill

Provide direct assistance to community Nurse

Maintaining a neat and organized office space

Assist with caregiver duties when required

Drive residents to medical appointments using the company van

Share on-call responsibilities with Administration

Qualifications:

Must have AL experience (5 years preferred)

Must have office experience (2 years preferred)

Must be organized and proficient with office apps and digital medical systems

Must be med certified
