We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude, loyal and proficient to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making reservations or event arrangements, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
We offer a multi-faceted position that plays a multitude of roles for two companies - our foundation repair business, KC Pier and our real estate investment firm, KC Property Guys. Candidates should be professional and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. The Administrative Assistant must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, Administrative Assistants should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.
This position will perform a variety of clerical duties.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Handling office tasks, such as answering phones, filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
Making event arrangements, setting up event dates and confirming details.
Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research. MS Office, Excel, Quickbooks, Gmail and Google Docs.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Providing clerical and administrative support to office staff - following up with leads, processing mail and data entry.
Skills/Qualifications:
Prior administrative experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High attention to detail and organization.
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, Social Media's, General Computing.
Attention to detail.
Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
