UTS Equipment Company in Buckley is hiring one person to work as an office assistant.
Duties:
Process sales paperwork for equipment and trailer sales
Maintain and process all Secretary of State paperwork for the sale of trailers (RD108, Police Book, Titles, etc)
Process cash/check/credit card payments and receipts
Assist in social media marketing via Facebook Marketplace (must have a personal Facebook account)
Photograph inventory and post to various websites
Assist in keeping the office and showroom clean and tidy
Requirements:
-Attention to detail is a must, one single digit off in a VIN number can create a big problem
-Excellent communication skills via phone, text and email
-MUST have a working knowledge of basic computer operation with Adobe Acrobat Reader, Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as Google Docs
-Experience making Facebook marketplace posts
-Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
-PREVIOUS DEALERSHIP PAPERWORK EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44 per week
