You would be assisting the sales department by clearing orders, checking parts and matching up order paperwork. You
MUST
have high attention to detail as you would be confirming the correct aircraft parts have been pulled by our warehouse parts puller and then verify the correct amount have been pulled for the order. We will also train you to help as a backup for packing and shipping.
Main Duties
Organization of paperwork for orders
Clearing and verify parts orders once the order is pulled by the warehouse
Checking stock on the parts marked zero stock
Emailing customers about items not in stock, taking care of the order once the customers choose to back order or ship parts in stock.
You will be working closely with the sales team on order updates or contact via phone
We would also be training you for a backup for our shipper and packer
