Our company is conveniently located and we\'re looking to add an Office Assistant to our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in office settings, great communication skills, and the ability to provide clerical support to our administrative staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative assistant duties, including but not limited to: answering phones, typing, emailing, filing, creating, and copying documents. Ability to multi-task, self-start, and experience with google suite for business or education isa huge plus. Preferred experience with excel and/or database.
