We are looking for an organized and motivated Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, including corresponding with customers, entering sales orders, processing invoices, and managing order portal forms. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking to gain experience in an office setting.
Responsibilities:
Perform computer tasks such as invoicing, order entry and portal form maintenance
Answer and place customer phone calls
Greet and assist visitors to the office
Organize and maintain filing systems
Collaborate with other team members
