The Office Manager provides administrative support to company leadership by understanding the needs of the General Manager and corporate office and ensuring those needs are addressed efficiently and effectively. This includes handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings, event planning, and proposal preparation. Successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills and must be outcome oriented. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential. In addition to strong administrative skills and exceptional customer service, this position requires full engagement and a strong sense of urgency. Management of employee records, preparing payroll, orienting new employees, providing guidance on benefit programs, assisting with Drug and Alcohol Testing program and other duties as may be assigned.
This position involves employee engagement, assisting with event set up, clean up.
The position is also responsible for record keeping, benefit management, and general HR Policy Administration for the RATP Dev USA management and supervisory employees.
The position also assists in the processing of Accounts Payable invoices, preparing weekly and monthly reports, and assisting with tracking invoices and payment records related to client billing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists in recruiting, screening, interviewing, and testing applicants, and notifying existing staff of internal opportunities.
Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets, reviewing company policies and gathering document acknowledgments and other payroll information ; explains and obtains signatures for benefit programs ; ensures accuracy of entry into Kronos.
Provides information to employees regarding all benefit programs by advising employees of eligibility, providing application information, helping with form completion, verifying submission, and notifying employees of approvals. Responsible for annual Benefits open enrollment.
Responsible for bi-weekly payroll processing of the RATP Dev employees.
Maintains personnel records
Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases, tracking vacation, sick, and personal time using Kronos.
Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Manage requests and eligibility determination for FMLA requests.
Assists Corporate HR in more complex investigations or research regarding internal employee complaints.
Monitors and responds to unemployment claims by reviewing claims, substantiating documentation, and requesting legal counsel review.
Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Tracks invoices from vendors, obtains approval of invoices from management staff, and sends approved invoices to Corporate Headquarters for payment; uses financial management systems (Adaptive Insights, Doculynx, etc.) to process and maintain accurate records.
Assists vendors and contractors to enroll in Corporate Payment System.
Increases job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications.
Salary $40,000.00
Job Requirement
High School diploma; additional qualifications as HR Assistant or Administrative Assistant a plus.
