Job Description

Golden Care Agency, LLC is seeking an individual who will be our primary

Receptionist and Recruiter

for caregivers to care for our

individuals/clients.

This is a multi-faceted position with a range of responsibilities including:

Recruiting

caregivers for our clients

Coordinating Training

for our caregiving staff facilitating state mandated continuing education

Coordinates and communicates

with Long Term Care insurance companies to facilitate reimbursement to our clients

General Office Duties include

answering phones, communicating electronically, filing, putting together an employee and Client blinders etc.

Facilitate a quick initial orientation

with new hires to orient them to our technology, policies and procedures, and to help them start their new role!

Encouraged to be knowledgeable in the following aspects:

scheduling appointments etc. Must also be flexible and able to function well in a fast-paced team environment. Verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail is a must Leadership skills and fast decision making skills are extremely important Willing to learn new concepts quickly At least 2+ years of customer service experience
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Experience:

Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:

Woodbridge, VA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: In person
