A high-end residential construction company is seeking an experienced

Office Administrator

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a background in

custom home building or general contracting

, and be proficient in

BuilderTrend

and

QuickBooks

.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee daily office operations and support project management staff Maintain job budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and change orders within BuilderTrend Handle billing, job costing, and reporting in QuickBooks Collect and organize subcontractor documents including COIs, W-9s, and lien releases Prepare client draw requests, pay applications, and progress reports Assist with permitting, scheduling, and coordination with clients, vendors, and consultants Provide general administrative support to ownership and project teams

Qualifications



Minimum

2-3 years of experience

with a

custom home builder or general contractor

Proficiency in

BuilderTrend

and

QuickBooks

(required) Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and documentation Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
