Pacific Planning Group is a tax preparation and advisory firm seeking to hire an office administrator to assist in daily office operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with experience in administrative tasks, digital file organizing, and bookkeeping.
Duties
Handle digital filing systems, document management, and record keeping with accuracy
Oversee bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Visitor reception, minimal phone call volume
Ensure adherence to office policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and professional interaction with clients and staff
Experience in bookkeeping
Technologically savvy with cloud based document management software
Experience with QuickBooks

This position requires in person office work from 9am-1pm Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Some work is flexible and may be done from home.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
