We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator to assist in office operations and support our team to ensure smooth administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and management skills, with experience in office management and bookkeeping. Knowledge in the construction field is a plus, but not mandatory.
Duties
Oversee front desk operations, and support our Operations Manager
Handle filing, document management, and record keeping to ensure compliance and accessibility
Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and payroll processing
Assist with budgeting activities and financial reporting to support organizational planning
Support event planning activities for company functions or client meetings
Ensure effective communication between project managers.
Maintain office supplies inventory and oversee general office maintenance
Qualifications
Proven experience in office administration or office management roles
Strong proficiency with QuickBooks and calendar management tools
Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
Knowledge of human resources functions including employee records management
Experience in bookkeeping, budgeting, filing systems, and clerical tasks
