Responsibilities and Duties
We are looking for an Office Administrator to perform various administrative assignments. We are interested in personable, organized and hardworking individuals to assist the firm and provide our clients with the best service possible. This role entails responsibilities that include but are not limited to:
Providing excellent customer service to clients
Providing administrative support for the team
Maintaining an organized filing system of both electronic and hardcopy documents
Performing bookkeeping tasks as needed
Assisting in processing & preparing tax returns
Handling confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
Ability to quickly adapt to changing situations
Perform various other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft software such as Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be self-motivated and organized
Must be able to work predominately in office
Preferred Qualifications
Bookkeeping experience
Experience with QuickBooks
Experience with tax preparation
Experience with data analytics
Bachelor's degree
Compensation
Dependent on work experience, nevertheless notably higher than national averages.
