We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, overseeing vendor relationships, and supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for staff members.
Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships.
Plan and organize company events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
Maintenance of accurate physical and digital records.
Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and inquiries.
Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate smooth operations across departments.
Experience
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in supervising staff or managing teams is a plus.
Familiarity with event planning processes and best practices is desirable.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft programs, and Adobe advantageous.
Active Notary Public commission in the state of Idaho, or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
