Growing manufacturing company is seeking a professional office admin with excellent customer service skill sets. Position includes, but is not limited to; interaction with high level customers in-person and on the phone, supporting sales and executive level staff, directing calls and proficient use of Google Workspace software. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality, yet will be prompt and perceptive with disciplined work ethic. You should be able to support the owner as well other departments as needed.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-3:30 PM.

Requirements:
Must have at least 2-5 years of office experience, a very stable and consistent work history
Excellent customer service skill sets and a high level of professionalism
Friendly, outgoing personality
Must have a current resume with recent office experience
Strong customer service and people skills
Excellent phone skills
Business professional attitude
Data entry skills
Computer proficiency, particularly with Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
Able to work comfortably and efficiently by yourself

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
