Office Administrator & Online Content Creator

to join our team. This unique position blends administrative support with digital storytelling -- perfect for someone who enjoys both operational excellence and social media creativity.

Key Responsibilities:



Office Administration



Answer phones, greet clients, and provide outstanding customer service. Schedule appointments, confirm visits, and maintain accurate client records. Communicate updates and reports to physicians and other care team members. Collect payments, manage invoices, and assist with billing coordination. Maintain organized client charts and ensure confidentiality at all times. Keep office operations running smoothly -- from supplies to scheduling.

Online Content & Marketing



Help grow our online presence through creative content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Plan, create, and post engaging videos, stories, and educational content that reflect our mission of longevity and wellness. Manage posting calendars and interact with followers in a professional, brand-appropriate way. Assist with email newsletters, website updates, and other marketing materials. Collaborate with leadership to build brand awareness and attract new clients.

Qualifications



Previous experience in an administrative, front desk, or office management role (healthcare experience a plus). Strong communication and customer service skills. Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools (Canva, Instagram, Meta Business Suite, etc.). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a genuine interest in health, wellness, and longevity.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
