About the Role

As our Office Administrator, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. You'll ensure that our office runs efficiently, supporting our roofing specialists and management team with key administrative tasks. This is more than just a desk job--you'll be an essential part of the engine that drives our success.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and answer phones with a professional, welcoming attitude Manage schedules, appointments, and team communications Process paperwork, data entry, and manage company files Support the sales and project management teams with administrative needs Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service Assist with invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and basic bookkeeping Keep the office organized, stocked, and running smoothly
What We're Looking For:

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and quick to learn new software Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure Experience in office administration (preferred, but not required) Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
