This role is part Executive Admin to the CEO and part Office Manager.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Solve problems to help the office run smoothly and efficiently
Internal and external communications (employees, clients & vendors)
Organize agendas and logistics for team meetings and offsites
Prepare quotes, proposals, contracts, marketing materials, and presentations
Work with outside vendors and partners on projects and initiatives
Process and manage orders
Maintain internal records and databases
Assist in marketing and Sales events
Assist with Sales operations (CRM, create reports, leads generation, etc.)
Assist with answering of calls
Assist CEO in other aspects of the company as needed
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred, or 4 years' experience or a combination thereof (preference will go to experience plus degree)
A minimum of three years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the Information Technology field
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
General understanding of Information Technology
Excellent organizational and time management skills a must
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong Leadership skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Attention to detail
Business and interpersonal skills are important
Should have strong problem-solving ability
Microsoft Office suite skills, including Excel report generation
Knowledge of QuickBooks a bonus
Salary will be commensurate with experience. Full-Time Compensation package also includes paid vacation, paid holidays and bonus potential.
