Small company in Plymouth Meeting Pa in business for 53 years. We are a wholesale distributor of commercial/industrial cleaning equipment, parts, service, rentals doing business with schools, healthcare, commercial and industrial businesses located in SE PA,DE, NJ.
We're seeking a reliable, personable Office Administrative Assistant to join our small team. This is a hands-on role with a clear path to Office Manager--you'll be trained across all office functions and rewarded with upgraded responsibilities and compensation.
Basic office duties include answering the phone, processing orders, repair service billing, miscellaneous clerical functions. Greet customers in our showroom, assist processing orders/payments.
Ideal candidate will have had some office supervisory experience. Working experience in a repair service business a plus. Seeking someone with proficient computer skills, Familiarity with AR/AP processes and basic accounting tasks, personable, able to work closely with others, remain calm under pressure, multi-tasking, take initiative, work independently, willing to learn our business and grow with us.
Must have own transportation.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00-4:30 w/half hour lunch
Competitive hourly wage, health, dental insurance options, 401k, vacation, sick days. $500 signing bonus payable after satisfactory initial 90 days.
Subject to reference & background check, drug test.
